Onam 2024 Came Sooner Than Schedule For Vidya Balan In A White And Gold Kasavu Saree

Vidya Balan has shown her love for traditional sarees in several collections. From Chanderi to Kanjivaram, her wardrobe seems to have it all. This time, the actress decided to go through a simple route and opted for a minimal cotton white saree. The traditional drape with golden motifs shares resemblance to the Kasavu saree worn by women during Onam, not too far from now in celebrations. The gold border and designs all over the saree lend its festive charm right in time for this time of the year. To break the monotony, Vidya added a red blouse with puff sleeves to her ensemble. She completed her look with golden temple-style jhumkas, a large, round red bindi, kohl-rimmed eyes and brown-hued lips. For hairstyle, she ties her wavy hair in a loose bun.

In addition to styling simple sarees, Vidya Balan picks crazy print drapes from time to time. Like, when she wore this alluring printed saree from the brand Aishr, which featured a striking tiger, some florals and other abstract designs. In terms of design, the saree's brick red colours and jet-black stripes reminded us of the stripes of a fierce tiger.  This unique saree featured prints created with biodegradable dyes on sustainable muslin fabric. She kept her accessories simple and opted to wear just one statement pair of earrings.

And then, Vidya Balan embraced florals in her saree from The Haelli. The actress accessorised her flowery drape with statement silver jewellery and a shirt-style blouse. She wore a clean kohl outline on her eyes and kept her hair smooth to round off her "webinar-ready" appearance.
