We've all spent far too long on our couch or bed bingeing on TV shows and potential blockbuster films to know what the outside world is like. One show definitely stuck with us though. Bridgerton was Netflix's gift to the masses, and we were hooked to watching this show. Based on Julia Quinn's best-selling novels, Bridgerton is a period drama set in the competitive Regency-era England through the eyes of a wealthy aristocratic family by the same name. The show starring Rege Jean Page as Simon Basset, the Duke of Hastings who is the most eligible bachelor, and Phoebe Dyenvor as Daphne Bridgerton, both together make social media's most drool-worthy couple. The show features a diverse cast, exciting drama and stylish costumes to look at. Empire-waisted gowns are fabulous and take us back to another era of fashion history. It is no surprise that it took a team of 232 to create the lavish looks of the show where 123 were for Daphne alone. Here's looking at some of our favourite style moments from the show which we simply can't get over.
10 Best Style Moments From Bridgerton
We look at some of the best looks from the show and revisit the best style moments of our favourite characters.
1. The Ultimate Family Portrait
The Bridgerton family is one of the most powerful families in Regency London and a family portrait should be justified as such. Pastel colours and free flowing silhouettes best define the signature style of the family. Delicate floral designs and lace complement the many looks of the Bridgerton family.
2. Jewels Of Lady Danbury
From the ornate headgear and necklace to the delicate lace applique, Lady Danbury's look redefined power dressing in the period drama. Ballroom style is glamourous as can be and Lady Dambury's looks surely are a treat for the eyes.
3. Dainty Jewellery Pieces
Not just outfits but much attention was also given to gorgeous bespoke jewellery. A little bling never hurt nobody and we saw many characters donning the same in their over-the-top attires. Miss Daphne Bridgerton may have been desired by many but our eyes were always gleaming with joy looking at her gorgeous jewels.
4. Powder Blue On Screen
Powder blue has made a fabulous entry into fashion as the demure yet sophisticated cousin to the pretty sky blue shade. Daphne and the Duke shared a moment while dancing under a sky full of fireworks but we couldn't keep our eyes away from her gorgeous dress. Not to mention her beyond perfect dance partner!

5. Exaggerated Collars And Oversized Buttons
Exaggerated collars and oversized buttons ruled the fashion scene during this period. Men were not far away from this trend and the costume team ensured that our favourite eye candy was always his stylish best. Coats, jackets and shirts were statement-worthy in their own right for menswear.
6. Floral Perfection
Kudos to the costume department for redefining florals in a never before manner! From delicate floral lace to bright 3D dahlias, florals ruled the fashion scene. Depending on the characters and personalities, floral prints defined the aristocratic styles of the era and the team aced it fabulously.
7. Pastel Paradise
There have been many stylish instances of pastels playing a huge role. Whether it was Eloise Bridgerton's peach accented outfits or her classic tone-on-tone ivory wear, gorgeous pastels stood out.
8. Perfect Royal Symphony
We cannot help but admit that it must really be tough being a queen; the rich silk jackets, gold embroidery and not to miss avant-garde hairstyles and headgear towering over you must be quite daunting. Well, it is safe to say that Her Highness Queen Charlotte played by the lovely Golda Rosheuvel fit the part perfectly and her many looks were statement-worthy to say the least.
9. Ruffled Collars And Cravats
Honestly, if it weren't for the Duke himself, we'd have reason to gush over Lord Bridgerton as well. His style was sophisticated and power dressing redefined with every look he donned. Not to mention his chocolate brown hair that gave the perfect touch to his character.
