Start easy
You don’t have to head back to the gym right away; you don’t even have to start the burpees and the planks right away either. What you can do, however, is start slow. Remember the good feeling
One of the many reasons why people work out is because it makes them feel great about themselves. That feeling is what anyone who wants to start working out after a long gap should remember. Schedule it in
For many people, one of the reasons why they fall out of the habit of exercising daily is because other chores and plans take up more time of the day. Scheduling a set time in our daily schedule for physical workout helps us stay regular. Schedule your workout when you expect least amount of distraction during the day.
