You would think that All India Bakchod's comedian Rohan Joshi is all about jokes, sarcastic Instagram stories, and royally funny expressions. If you think that is all there is to him, you need to check out the time he brought the house down with his rant on horoscopes and tarot readings. But @MojoRojo is more than just your more than average funny person. Not only does he addresses some serious concerns over his social media but also makes sure they are relatable because he approaches these issues from a personal angle.
Yesterday, Rohan posted an Instagram story that many of us would relate to. You know that feeling that hits you sometimes, the one where you don't feel like doing anything but just be in bed and shut the whole world out? That. Many would say it is a manifestation of depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. Either way, that dark hollow feeling, the listlessness and the emptiness is too much to take, and all one can manage is to go in and out of sleep.
Well, Rohan Joshi addressed just that feeling, and how. Not only did he share something that many of us may find hard to talk about but he also showed us a way out of the slump. This is how it all went down.
It is a well known fact that if you are feeling down and depressed, physical activity is supposed to bolster and better your mood. Exercising releases endorphins and have an analgesic effect on the mind and body.
So the next time you feel a slump and feel like you just can't get up from the bed, maybe remember Rohan's story and fight back. You will be in a better mood post it for sure. All you need to do is push yourself off the bed.
