Alaya Furniturewalla is a fitness enthusiast who loves to push her boundaries. From doing a shoulder headstand to trying the most difficult yoga poses, the actress does everything to set high fitness standards. Once again, to motivate her Instagram family, Alaya shared a new workout video. Under the guidance of her fitness coach, Sunpreet Singh, Alaya can be seen performing what looks like callisthenics exercises. Above her head, we could spot a rod. Alaya, hanging on it with a firm grip on her hands, moves her body up and turns it all the way around. She then leaves one of her legs crossed with an arm, which stretches the rest of her body. When her trainer asks Alaya to “try to come back,” it looks like she almost lost her balance. She then asks her coach to help her out. Sunpreet turns her body back and helps her stand. In the caption, the actress wrote, “AF was trying new atrangi things, AF got stuck.”

Alaya loves sharing her workout routines to keep her fans motivated. Recently, she posted a video on Instagram where she held two dumbbells and showed off some impressive skills. Alaya jumped onto a stability ball, balanced herself and then did shoulder press-ups and squats on the ball. In her caption, she joked, "Kaunsi jang ke liye taiyari kar rahi ho, AF? [Are you gearing up for a war, AF?]"
She also mentioned feeling proud of her progress in Sunpreet Singh's fitness class, saying, “Feeling so proud of what I was able to do today in class with Sunpreet Singh [fitness coach] got my hop-ups on my first attempt and even added weights to it because why not felt like quite a beast.” Alaya ended her post with a caution, “Please do not attempt this at home without supervision, crash mats and proper training, you can get very injured if this is done incorrectly!”
Whether it's the weekend or the middle of the week, you can always count on Alaya for some fitness motivation.
