Karishma lived and breathed the idea of wellness as she did a strenuous workout routine in the gym. The actress, who did the workout under the guidance of her trainer Salman Shaikh, made sure she gave it her all. Wearing a coordinated black gym wear set, an apple watch with a black strap and a messy updo, Karishma trained with all her might.
The actress was seen breaking a sweat at the gym lifting weights, kickboxing, doing aerial crunches while holding onto a bar. She also did a set of burpees, deadlifts and more.
