Parineeti Chopra has decided to unwind. She took a moment to “pause, reflect and live”. The actress has shared a video of herself on Instagram. Here, she is seen enjoying the calmness of nature as she rides a boat and spoke about the importance of mindset. In the caption, Parineeti talked about a motto that everyone should follow in their life. She wrote, “This month, I took some time to pause and reflect on life and it has reiterated my belief: MINDSET is everything…Don't give importance to unimportant things (or people) Don't waste a single second. Life is a ticking clock. Every moment should be YOUR choice…Stop living to impress others! When you fear the opinion of others, you stop living your own life. And on your last day, there will be NO bigger regret.”

Parineeti Chopra said that people should focus on happiness instead of worrying about the world's opinion. “Find your tribe. Be unafraid of throwing toxic people out of your life. Stop caring about what the world may think. Make yourself and your people happy. Change your reactions to things. This is the key to happiness. Life is finite. It's happening now. Live it the way YOU want to live it,” she concluded.
Positivity is not about smiling and being upbeat all the time. It's more about a person's general outlook on life. Similar to Parineeti's thoughts, here is the list of tips you can follow to acquire a positive mindset in life:
Pay attention to the little happy things in life, no matter how tiny.
When things go poorly, find the humour in the situation.
Make lessons out of your mistakes and grow.
Convert your self-talk from negative to positive.
Instead of being bogged down by the past or getting distracted by the future, keep your attention on the present.
Seek out encouraging and supportive friends, mentors, and coworkers.
