The actress, known for her enviable physique, is back with a motivational video from her time in the gym. She uploaded a clip showcasing her chiselled abs. In the video, Wamiqa is in an all-black gym outfit. As she gets free from working out, we see her toned biceps, thighs, and midriff. However, the main highlight comes when the camera zooms in on Wamiqa's abs. Clearly, they are the result of hours spent in the gym. In her caption, Wamiqa wrote, “Everything you want is out of your comfort zone.”

Wamiqa has consistently impressed us with glimpses of her gym sessions. Not too long ago, she shared a post-workout picture where her toned physique was impossible to ignore. She was using a towel to wipe off the sweat. The actress was dressed in a grey textured bralette and black shorts. Her caption read, “Unedited consistency.”
Before that, Wamiqa treated her followers to a range of full-body exercises under the guidance of her fitness coach Tridev Pandey. She began by weightlifting and pulling up a barbell. Next, the actress tried her hands at rope pullovers, displaying excellent strength and grit. The final workout was battling ropes and like every physical activity, she did that with complete finesse. The benefits of full-body workouts are many. They help in muscle endurance, rapid weight loss, reduced fatigue and lowered risk of cardiovascular diseases.
