With balance and control, the actress was seen indulging in a Pilates session, which seems like the best way to kickstart the Easter weekend, which is sure to be full of marzipan sweets and chocolate eggs. In the video, Aamna did a form of stretching on the Pilates machine. She stretched her upper body and then used a TRX band. It is a great way to improve form and mobility. It also helps to focus on the core. Aamna Sharif is already making our Friday better with her fitness routine.
