Bryan Johnson's Skincare Tutorial Aims To Slow The Speed Of Ageing And Reverse Damage

Millionaire entrepreneur and venture capitalist Bryan Johnson has dished out his secret anti-aging skincare routine which he claims reverses signs of aging early on. In the first step, Johnson revealed that the first thing he does after waking up in the morning is washing his face with an acne-control cleanser. The salicylic acid present in the mixture helps him achieve blemish-free skin, he says. A face cream in the following step is used for “feeding fat cells” and “rejuvenating the volume” of his face. Noting the importance of sunscreen, Johnson said that the “sun causes damage, it ages the skin”. Hence, applying sunscreen is an important part of his aging-reversal routine.

Introducing us to his clinic, Bryan Johnson highlighted the importance of markers to understand the extent of skin damage from UV rays. It enables individuals to take care of their skin accordingly, he said. The clinical grade system helps Johnson understand what kind of damage his skin has endured. Next in the high-tech skincare regimen comes the exilus device - a radio frequency that one needs to roll over their face for “collagen production and tightening the skin.” After a certain age, many suffer from saggy skin that lacks firmness. He claimed that the different wavelengths passing through the device “changes the genetic expression of skin to be dramatically younger” and “eliminates a bunch of skin damage.” In another device, red light was used for “collagen and healing skin” while blue light was used for acne treatment. Johnson concluded his anti-aging video tutorial by highlighting the umpteen effects of using led light therapy for the skin.
