3. Mirchi And Mime, Mumbai

Mirchi and Mime in Mumbai employ servers that are specially-abled. While the word 'Mirchi'  suggests the degree of spice and flavour of food on offer, Mime refers to the waiters at the restaurant who are hearing and speech impaired.
