So it was only fair for her to take to Instagram to show her love for it on International Day of Yoga. In a recent post captioned, "How many of you know what this asana is called? #worldyogaday," Deepika Padukone can be seen practising her yoga skills wearing a black sports bra and yoga tights from Adidas attempting and achieving the perfect posture. As a brand ambassador for Adidas, it was only fair for us to spot her in it. But like anything Deepika Padukone wears, a plain black monochrome outfit does equal justice on any day apart from International Day of Yoga as well. She tied her hair up in a sleek low bun which is not just a signature for stylish reasons but also to allow hassle-free mobility. Minimal effort reaps maximum results for Deepika Padukone whether she is on the red carpets or in blockbuster films, and the same can be said for her off-duty sporty looks as well.

For the unversed, Deepika Padukone can be seen attempting the Puppy pose, also known as Uttana Shishosana in Sanskrit, that stretches the spine, shoulders, and chest. It is a great pose for beginners and can be modified to make it more or less challenging.
