One name that tops the list of Bollywood fashionistas with impeccable style is Sonam Kapoor. Adding her personal touch to every outfit she chooses is one of her many traits. She did the same at a reception hosted recently at 10 Downing Street, London to celebrate the UK India week. For the event. she went for a gorgeous pastel green floral saree by ace designer Rohit Bal. The saree featured beautiful flowers in shades of red, green, and white. She paired the saree with a long white trench with the designer's signature floral design too. The pairing of the trench with the saree fuses Indian and English aesthetics, the two places she calls home. A pair of dangling earrings, a statement ring, and glam makeup with bold red lips topped the look perfectly.
Sonam Kapoor's love for ethnic wear is seen through her choices of lehengas and sarees and everything in between. Not too long ago, she looked breathtaking in a mustard-yellow linen saree from the clothing brand Anavila. The saree from the designer's Dabu collection was elegant as Sonam wore a Khadi silk dupatta featuring zari detailing, with the drape. She teamed her look with vintage jewellery and opted for minimal makeup with kohl-rimmed eyes and glossy lips.
Sonam's red-carpet moment at the NMACC launch event was undoubtedly flawless. The actress donned a customised floral-printed saree by JJ Valaya. The saree in the shade of red was paired with a cape-style jacket. It featured delicate zari work, and Sonam added an embellished belt for an edgy look. A dash of bold red on her lips and hair neatly-made bun with a statement necklace and earrings completed Sonam's ethnic glam.
