He also mentioned that Sushmita does not follow fitness fads but instead focuses on a balanced diet that provides holistic nutrition, being very particular about her macronutrients and ensuring her diet is rich in proteins, carbs, and fats

Sushmita also started practising Aerial Silk (AS), a form of dance that involves hanging in the air with the help of fabric, after she suffered a back injury
