Getting one’s share of exercise in a day can get very hard for many people. With busy schedules, a tough work-life balance, and a need to get as much rest as possible before we start it all over again, many people find it hard to fit in even an hour of some exercise. Failing to get some exercise is not only unhealthy for our bodies but also for our minds. Exercising not only keeps our bodies healthy but also releases endorphins which help elevate our moods. Which is why we should make sure we include some or the other form of exercise in our day. Here’s how one can do that.

Dance it out
If you find that cardio exercises are too much for you, and that you have no will to sweat it out in the gym, how about playing your favourite songs in your room, turning the volume up, and dancing it out? That’s a pretty good cardio exercise right there. Not only do you give your body the work out it needs but also end up feeling so light.

Run for it
You can’t do the treadmill thing? That’s fine. How about going for a run when you get back home from work, or right before you head to work in the morning? It doesn’t even have to go on for an hour, you can simply clock in 3-5 rounds and you are sorted.

Walk when you are on calls
During your office hours, late in the evening, or anytime during the day when you get calls, how about making it a point to walk when you are talking on the phone? Not only are you utilising your time well but fitting in some exercise into your day.
