It's no secret that Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen is a fitness enthusiast. If you have marvelled at her perfectly toned body, it is of course the result of dedicated hours put in for her workouts. Time and again we have seen her ace difficult workouts through her Instagram posts that inspires one and all to buckle up and try to be as fit as her. From yoga and swimming to weight lifting and boxing, Sushmita makes sure to include various kinds of workouts in her fitness schedule. And a favourite among them surely seems to be exercising with gymnastic rings.

As much importance as we all give to cardio, another important aspect of working out is to build one's core. Exercising with gymnastic rings is one of the most effective core workouts, being a great way to improve flexibility and build strength. From the looks of Sushmita's Instagram posts, it's evident that she has long been spending time working out with gymnastic rings. So much so that now she is an absolute pro in using it and can nail some really tough exercises like it's no big deal.

In her latest video on Instagram, Sushmita sets fitness goals with gymnastic rings. She is seen progressing from basic workouts to gravity defying stunts.

So how does Sushmita do it? What pushes her every single day? In her post, she reveals, "Really want something, then commit to it. Cut out all the noise both inside your head and outside your being. Focus all your energies to honour your commitment and then you will prevail. No, it's not easy, but then I for one wouldn't want it if it were. Let it get as difficult as it wants to be, and I will find the will to match it!"

Working out with gymnastic rings is no easy task. Just like anyone else, Sushmita too had a shaky start, but then she kept at it till she nailed it. Here was her first attempt at pushups with gymnastic rings:
