While squats and workouts involving gym balls are staple aerobics, the actress challenged herself by performing both simultaneously. Celebrating her “big win”, Alaya dropped an Instagram video featuring her triumphant feat where she was “finally able to do squats and stand on a gym ball.” However, it was no cakewalk. “I can't even begin to tell you how much focus and balance and strength this takes,” she pointed out.
