If you are a fitness enthusiast, nothing can stand in the way of your workout routine. Zinta often invests her leisure time in fitness and her latest post is proof. Every fitness junkie knows what it takes to do a good set of squats and the former actress seems to have mastered it. She shared a video and posted, "The best part of the day for me is my time in the Gym. It's where I get some "Me" time. Time to reconnect with my body & feel good with all the post workout endorphins." In the video, she was seen doing a variation of squats using a kettlebell. She is resting against an exercise ball at the back. While squats are beneficial for strengthening the thighs, the addition of keeping the ball supported with the back targets the core simultaneously and helps in improving the balance as well.

Some motivation is what we all need to get back into our fitness regimens. Preity Zinta never misses a chance to keep her fitness fam motivated with her workout videos. Recently, the actress posted a video of her form when she went back to the gym. She was seen doing a variation of muscle strengthening which focuses on the arms and helps in toning them.
It's never a dull day when Zinta in her fullest fit form. In another workout video, the actress was seen doing a core strengthening workout using stretchable ropes. This workout tends to help in improving balance which is driven by stimulating the core.

In another video, she was seen working out with celebrity fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwala where she was focusing on a form that helps to improve a stiff back.
