Sharvari Wagh's fitness dedication inspires us to pull up our socks and hit the gym. Currently, the actress is gearing up for the release of Vedaa. And she has put her sweat and blood to play the titular character in the action-thriller. Well, her latest Instagram post serves as proof of her determination and grit. Sharvari unlocked her “Beast Mode” for Vedaa as she took up arduous boxing sessions. Sharing a set of pictures presumably from her training spells, she wrote, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa. Took up boxing to become Vedaa. Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating.” The carousel captured Sharvari in a power-packed avatar, hitting the sandbag with red gloves. Boxing is a type of combat sport which has several health benefits. It improves heart health, aids weight loss, boosts whole-body strength, enhances balance, and lowers blood pressure. It also reduces stress, catering to mental well-being.
On another page of Sharvari Wagh's workout diaries, the actress “decided to seas the day” by heading out for a run along the coastline. She was dressed in a light brown bralette and matching gym tights. If this is what fitness motivation looks like, we are happy to follow Sharvari's suit. Running or jogging in the morning helps to build strong bones. The activity strengthens your muscles, improves cardiovascular health and is a good exercise for maintaining weight.
Before that, Sharvari Wagh set fitness goals by executing sled pushes, that too with 400 kg weights. The video showed two people sitting on the weights which were put on a Sled Push machine. Sharvari displayed immense strength and grit as she pushed the equipment with all her might. “Pushing my limits...as well as my crew! (flexing muscle and tongue-out emojis) 400kg [punch emoji],” she wrote in the caption.
