International Yoga Day 2023: Rakul Preet Singh Can Do Yoga Anywhere, Even The Beach

It is International Yoga Day and the occasion is being marked with much fervour in B-town. Most of our Bollywood divas swear by this ancient practice. A case in point is Rakul Preet Singh, who expressed her love for Yoga with a montage showing everywhere she practices it. Rakul prefers variations in her fitness regime but only Yoga has helped her in forming “a connection between mind, body and soul.” Rakul's post carries a series of clips and stills, showing her performing various Yoga asanas like Chakrasana on the beach, Paschimottanasana at a Yoga studio and even the one-legged prayer pose at a tropical location.

Rakul Preet Singh loves Yoga and she makes sure to incorporate it in her routine, whenever she gets time. Earlier, she shared a picture of herself while meditating on a chair. The actress dished out a comfort-forward look in a white kurta set with mirror work. She tied her hair in a messy braid. The actress shared the picture on the occasion of meditation day last month. She wrote in the caption, “Meditate anywhere, everywhere even if it's a chair and swipe to see the result. Happy World Meditation Day.”

Rakul Preet Singh prefers versatility in her fitness regime. And therefore, she never sticks to only one routine. Apart from swearing by Yoga, she is a gym freak, who never skips exercise, even on a vacation.
