From high-intensity gym sessions and rigorous cardio to being his wife, Soha Ali Khan's yoga partner, Kunal's dedication towards fitness stands tall. Yet again, he is at it as he shared a series of pictures. The frame opened with a shirtless mirror selfie of Kunal, putting his chiselled physique on display. In the next slide, Kunal's impressive biceps are visible. In one of the pictures, we can see Kunal weightlifting, which by the way a great way to improve the strength of your muscles. Apart from toning it down, it also maintains the body's flexibility.

Of course, this isn't the first time that Kunal Kemmu blessed his Instagram followers with his shirtless picture. Earlier, the actor flashed his chiselled abs in yet another mirror selfie. Sharing the picture, Kunal Kemmu wrote, “Nothing is going to happen unless you make it happen.”
The world is well aware that there is no gain without pain and Kunal Kemmu proves it through his social media. The actor dropped this video of his intense gym session, which he kick-started by giving a whirl to "walking on air" pull-ups. He also did leg presses and hamstring presses that not only targets a certain area but also makes the body flexible. Along with the clip, Kunal Kemmu wrote, “Work it!”
Previously, the actor perfectly performed many pull-ups, making it appear effortless. The actor shared the video with the text, “Had given up on pull-ups for a long time…I guess they just didn't give up on me yet…Got to work on better form though.”
