The actress, who has always impressed us with her impeccable fashion choices, has been grabbing attention with her workout videos. The most recent one to take away the limelight? Different variations of push-ups. In a video collage, Sharvari — decked up in all-black athleisure and white socks — shared three variations of push-ups. From top to bottom, in the first clip, she was seen doing pushups with her knee up from the ground. Next, she performed a push-up with an abdominal roller wheel variation. Last, she performed a clap push-up. With her knee stationed on the ground, the actress lifted her body up using her core strength, clapped her hands and went down to the push-up position. She performed the exercises repeatedly. In the caption, she wrote, “Can't feel my arms while typing.”
Push-ups can strengthen the chest, tone arms, and stabilise the core, or abdominal muscle. The push-up works almost every part of the upper body from arms to the abdomen.
Days ago, Wagh performed sled pushes but with a hilarious 400kg twist. The sled push is an excellent exercise for overall conditioning, strength development, improving speed, and burning calories. The video showcases two people, from Sharvari's team, sitting on top of the weights placed on the Sled Push machine. Please note, it weighed around 400 kg. Sharvari, dressed in a black tank top with grey pants and white-pink trainers, starts pushing the machine and does two rounds of the exercise. "Pushing my limits...as well as my crew! (flexing muscle and tongue-out emojis) 400kg [punch emoji],” read the caption.
