In the opening frame, we can see Vidya phenomenally acing Supta Baddha Konasana that opens the chest and enhances breathing. The caption began, “Here's a few ways to keep cool in these crazy hot summer months. Certain yoga poses, Pranayam and meditation can cool us down, physically and mentally both…” In the next click, Vidya Malavade attempts the supported Sarvangasana. In this posture, you need to balance your whole body on your shoulders. It is an amazing asana to enhance blood circulation in your body. Next, we spotted Vidya trying Bhramari Pranayam. She wrote, “I practice Bhramari Pranayam before bedtime to unwind & calm my entire system down, especially the nervous system cos it activates the parasympathetic state of our nervous system stimulating the rest and digest mode for a good night's sleep because adequate & restful sleep is a natural healer!” Vidya Malavade also performed Sheetali Pranayam and a perfect 180-degree headstand. Talking about the two, she wrote, “Practising Asanas like seated forward folds…eg. Before this, Vidya showed us how to perform a perfect Baby Crow Pose. It is a type of balancing act that puts pressure on the abdominal region and pelvic area. In the video, she not only demonstrated the asana but also impressed us with her extraordinary balancing skill. The actress first rounded her upper back and placed her elbows firmly on the mat-laden floor. Next, she slowly began lifting her folded legs in the air, while her knees touched the back of her arms. This pose strengthens the arms, wrists and upper back, along with building and toning the core muscles.
