Wishing her fans a “Happy World Health Day”, Shilpa Shetty dropped a video on Instagram, along with an inspiring caption that read, “Wellness transcends the gym - it's in our morning rituals, the meals we savour, the moments shared with our loved ones and our mental well-being.” She urged everyone to observe the day by prioritising themselves. “Don't forget to hydrate, meditate, and appreciate our greatest gift,” she concluded. In the video, Shilpa Shetty was seen executing a range of exercises like balance and strength training, cardio, weight lifts, stretching, walking on a treadmill, jumping on trampolines, and more. What added to the joy was that her daughter Samiksha was part of the routine too. As if reading our minds, the Sukhee star conveyed that it was natural to not always feel motivated to hit the gym. "For those days, two things will come to your rescue,” which are "consistency and discipline", the actress explained. When it came to revealing the music, she listens to when sweating it out or pumping herself up, Shilpa ruled out any heavy metal options.

Shilpa Shetty entered the first day of April with a unique and challenging workout. While her gym trainer Yashmeen Chauhan was on the mat holding her legs, Shilpa faced the opposite direction and supported her hands on her gym buddy's legs. With the two in place, they executed a type of push up. Explaining the exercise in an Instagram video, the fitness enthusiast in her caption wrote, “It's a fab core workout. The person at the top should perform a pike, while the person at the bottom should perform a weighted sit-up keeping a strong tight form. (If you aren't synchronised, it can lead to a fall).”
