Bold fashion moves are usually associated with stripping down to skimpy cutouts and risque layers. We've just learned that isn't necessarily true. It turns out that a simple printed look can be revealing as well but it all depends on the print in question and how daring the wearer is willing to go. By those standards, both Julia Fox and Christina Aguilera are as daring as they come. Recently in New York City, both celebrities chose to go topless; not with their actual tops but the prints that covered them.
Julia Fox attended the Soho House Awards wearing a printed satin dress. It came with a halter neckline, sleeveless detail and flared fit but those aspects obviously weren't the talking points of Julia's dress. Over its front was the image of a bare-breasted woman wearing a lace undergarments and sheer tights, positioned over the dress to match the structure of the woman wearing it. In this case, that was Julia. She paired it with belted gladiator heels and a fringe-accented purse in her hand while her hair was braided and tied with ribbons.
Christina Aguilera too made heads turns with her version of the naked dress. The singer attended a New York Fashion Week event wearing a bodycon fitted maxi gown with long sleeves and a high neck. The whimsical print across the length of the dress featured a woman's form with bare breasts and a narrow waist with a sarong tied across in an abstract style. Christina wore it with metallic pumps and a red lip while her blonde hair was loose in waves.
This graphic fashion trend is taking naked dresses to a whole other level.
