- Increases circulation to the brain.
- Helps relieve headache, insomnia and fatigue.
5. Ushtrasana
- Helps improve and cure digestion issues.
- Strengthens the back and shoulders.
- Relieves the body of lower back ache.
- Helps overcome menstrual discomfort.
