Hina Khan Is "Committed" To Getting Stronger For Herself In A New Workout Video

Hina Khan is battling stage 3 breast cancer like a true warrior. Since her diagnosis, the actress has been keeping us updated on her journey. Even amid her chemotherapy sessions, Hina continues to hit the gym under her doctor's guidance. In an Instagram post, she shared a video of her intense workout. In the clip, the actress can be seen doing dumbbell sumo squats, cable chest flies, wrist exercises, bent-over rows, inchworms, shoulder presses with the Smith machine, leg extensions and cable rows. “Thousand Reasons may present itself to pull you down every day. But I have a Promise to fulfil for my future self. And I am committed. Are you? PS: This is strictly done under My Doctor's Advice and Trainer's Supervision, only when my body allows,” read the side note.

3. Wrist Exercises With A Dumbbell: These types of exercises strengthen the wrist muscles from straining during heavy workloads.
