Karishma Tanna has always been conscious about her fitness and weight training. The actress takes great care of her body and works out frequently. She often shares workout videos on Instagram to encourage and inspire her fans. In a new video shared on social media, despite being low on energy, she managed to keep up with her fitness routine. She lifted weights and did some challenging push-up and pull-up exercises. The actress started with a combination of sled pulls and burpees. Next, she was seen doing kneeling medicine ball slams. She ended the video with a clip of her doing weighted situps. Her workout circuit seemed to be a great way to up your muscle building game and improving strength
She revealed that while she was having a terrible day, she still decided to push herself to go to the gym and workout. "Today was one of those days where my energy was low, lack of sleep, unnecessary thoughts, over thinking…still pushed myself to go to the gym and workout. There are several benefits of the workout routine shown by Karishma Tanna. Sled pulls increase one's strength, power, and endurance. Burpees help burn fat, decrease blood pressure and improve blood flow. Weighted situps help strengthen core muscles, including abs, obliques, and lower back. On the other hand, slam ball exercises increase muscle density, improve metabolism.
Earlier, Karishma Tanna indulged in a full-body workout at the gym. The actress worked up while lifting weights, practising kickboxing and performing aerial crunches while gripping a bar.
