Mani Ratnam's much-anticipated film Ponniyin Selvan I releases in theatres today. Going by the early reviews, the film has hit the right cord with the movie buffs. From the grandeur, visuals, to top-class acting, and everything in between, the historical drama ticks all boxes for a blockbuster. Meanwhile, the star cast has been busy with the promotions in full swing, and their recent stop was Chennai. Amidst the busy schedule, the stars have also been serving one ethnic delight after another. And our current favourite is Trisha Krishnan's yellow sequinned saree. Trisha Krishnan, who plays Princess Kundavai in the film, gave major real-life princess vibes in a yellow sequin saree from the shelves of House Of Neeta Lulla. The drape featured pearl detailing at the border, as well as a floral design using feathers all over. She teamed it with a sleeveless statement blouse. For makeup, Trisha picked all nude tones, with a touch of glam. Accessories? A pair of earrings, and bangles. Isn't she effortlessly graceful?
Trisha Krishnan's wardrobe for Ponniyin Selvan: I promotions was simply dominated by sarees. Here, the actress wore a burgundy number, which featured a see-through silhouette with broad borders, intricate sequin embellishments and floral thread embroidery. The six yards is from the shelves of the clothing label Jade by Monica and Karishma. Trisha accessorised her look with emerald earrings, a statement ring, and beige heels.
Simple yet elegant. No one can beat Trisha when it comes to pulling off the ethnic number. She teamed the tissue fabric saree with a three-fourth sleeve blouse, which came with a floral design and plunging neckline. Trisha picked antique gold temple earrings and a pearl studded bangle for the accessories. A wavy hairdo with winged eyes, a bindi and a nude lip only complemented her grace.
Trisha Krishnan radiated sunshine in this yellow suit set. We have bookmarked this look for the festive season. The kurta, which featured silver embellishments and a waist-high slit, was paired with plain pants. Makeup? Check. Accessories? Check. Tresses? Check. Not to miss that million-dollar smile.
Beautiful! That's it. Trisha in this stunning red ensemble is a treat to sore eyes.
Don't know about you but Trisha Krishnan is inspiring our festive wardrobe for sure.Comments
