She wrote, "I haven't really spoken about my health journey for the past 2 months (more on that later), but safe to say it was time to revisit @mayrlife_official & realign & better understand the inside out of my body, take control of my health, and begin to heal in a way that I've just not been able to back home." 

Anshula elaborated on her experience, "2 days here and thanks to my doctor & some of the tests we've done here, I have more answers than I've had these past few months. 2 days here and I'm already feeling more like myself than I have since the beginning of summer. More at ease, more at rest... Just what my body needed. It's been a while, but I'm so glad that I'm back at my happy place."
